About the East Africa PA Awards 2019

The PA Awards 2019 East Africa will recognize and reward outstanding talent, diligence and
commitment of the administrative that leads their companies to optimal performance.

This award is exclusively for Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants in East Africa i.e Kenya
Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi.

Rabison Shumba is renowned and experienced international speaker as well as entrepreneur. He facilitates a host of entrepreneurial and soft skills programs. He is an author of motivational books as well as strategy/business consultant. He has spoken at many international platforms and conferences (including TEDx). He is co-author of "101 Great ways to enhance your career" alongside Brian Tracy and others. His writings have been featured in Performance 360 Magazine in USA alongside US President Donald Trump, the late Zig Ziglar, Stephen Covey among others. In
addition, he is a strategy specialist as well as executive coach with over 24 years of management experience in various blue chip organisations.


Mercy Kateera is the PA of the Year - AFRICA 2018. She is also a trainer & Chartered Executive Assistant from the American Academy of Project Management.

She is the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, Serena Hotels, Uganda.

Strong community and social services professional with key certificates (and an in-house trainer) for the Franklin Covey’s 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity and The 4 Disciplines of Execution.


Sarah Richson is the Global Award - Winning CEO of Richemele International Consultants, a micro-multinational leveraging smart partnerships to deliver excellence.
She is te chairperson o the Red Carpet Table Bank. She is a strategist, thought-leader and influencer with deep experienve in human development. Sarah is a leading Emotional success coach who has held global leadership roles undertaking complex work across 20+ geographies. As an expert in Diversity and inclusion as well as gender intelligence. Sarah is currently the master trainer on the same for IFC ( World Bank) Sarah is currently the master PA trainer for Bible Society and Ecobank.
